Razer Barracuda x 2021 not pairing

I have the dongle connected to my computer through my computer's USB port. Every time I try to turn the headphones on, the blue light begins blinking and refuses to actually become a solid blue.
I tried this "Please uninstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 app and your 7.1 Surround Sound, then download a fresh installer but don't install it yet. Connect the headset's wireless transceiver to your computer and initiate the Razer Synapse installation and let it go through several updates. Once done, reinstall your 7.1 Surround Sound app and check if the device and its dongle have paired successfully." but it doesn't work.


The issue occurs regardless of the device used (laptop, phone, etc.). When I plug in the wireless dongle and start my headset, the headset's blue light blinks but it never connects to the dongle. Occasionally, about once in every twenty attempts, the headset might connect, but when I touch the headset, the sound transmission becomes unclear, and sometimes this leads to disconnection, resulting in the problem recurring.

N.B: I tried the software "RazerHeadsetPairingUtility' and "Barracuda X_FirmwareUpdater" and still nothing.

Can you plese help me fix this issue.

I’m having the same issue, yesterday the headset was working correctly. I didn’t change anything and today the headset is not connecting to neither my PC or my notebook.

The same thing has just happened to me. Has anyone got a solution? 

This just happen to me as well and I’ve done everything listed as well and nothing. I see none of us have been given a solution.
