Hi, my Dongle for my Razer Barracuda X (2021) brokes so i bought a Razer Barracuda X (2022) dongle cause it was the only one avaible on the official Razer website.
I tried to pair them together but to no success.
Is there anyway to connect the Usb c dongle of the (2022) Barracuda X with the Barracuda X (2021)? if not, where might I find a usb c dongle for the 2021 barracuda (not including second hand or third parties) in the official razer shop?
I am having the same problem. Model RZ04-03800100-R3M1 and fails to recognise and pair with RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.01.00_r6. I purchased the replacement dongle Compatible Devices: Razer Barracuda X (2022), Razer Barracuda, Razer Barracuda Pro surely there is a retro fix? ? ?

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that the USB-C dongle of the Razer Barracuda X (2022) will be compatible with the Barracuda X (2021). You may need to purchase a USB-C dongle specifically designed for the 2021 model. Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for spare part availability.
