I've had my Razer barracuda x (2022) for about 8 months now. mid game it all of a sudden dropped all sound even though it was still ‘connected’ this has happened a few times on start up where it wont connect and normally is fixed by unplugging and replunging the dongle but now when replugging the dongle it gives me an error “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)” after restarting the PC this error goes away and the headphones reconnect for about 5 minutes then there is heavy static and then all noise drops out again and the cycle continues.

After looking through the forums here i stumbled upon the pairing program but i cant even get past the first step as it does not register my dongle as being connected to the PC. These issues happened all of a sudden no changes in software or anything else faulty with the PC have tried all the USB ports and even plugged other devices into them and they work fine.
