Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try updating its firmware. Also, make sure that the mic is not muted. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
