Razer Barracuda X 2022 not working

Hello! I have a problem with Barracuda x 2022 headset. It is brand new, used only week and it suddenly stoped working.I can not switch it on/off, charge , make connetions via cables or wireless. Even 3.5mm jack not working. Absolutely dead...Baterry was about 70%. Any solutions? Warranty service?

Not yet. In next few days i will bring it to local dealer, from which i bought headset and let them take care of this situation. This is common problem with this type headset, more people have this situation. Why that trash is still in markets? In my case it is not one problem only, it is ruined christmas gift for my kid too...
