Hello. I have bought a Razer Barracuda X Mercury 2022 from a technology store (Vatan Bilgisayar/ Vatan Computer) few hours ago. I faced a problem with my new headset which is; i couldn’t connect the headset to my pc. My pc case doesn’t have a type-c entry so i used the type-c to usb converter cable. I have plugged in the usb tip to the case and type-c dongle to the type-c tip. Then i turned power on of the headset (i charged the headset to full before doing all of that.). Normally when you plug in any usb or type-c device to your pc/laptop it will make a noise like ‘’hey, a thing just plugged in to me’’ but nothing happened. After a few seconds my pc made the noise and a pop-up showed up on my notifications panel it says the usb device you plugged in is broken, something like that. How it can be broken i just bought it? Then i tried to use the headset on my phone with bluetooth and it correctly matched to my phone and it works just fine. The problem is; is the dongle broken or the converter cable? The usb port i plugged in the converter works fine i have plugged in other devices and they worked. Plz help me asap. Thanks.

It is recommended that the headset be connected to a PC or laptop with an available USB-C port. If possible, please plug the headset into a computer that has this type of port and check if the issue continues. If the problem persists, you can request a replacement from your local reseller.
