Hi all,
I recently bought a full set of Razer Roblox Edition gaming gear, and I love it - however, one thing I have noticed is that although it’s able to relay audio to me just fine, I just can’t get the microphone that comes with the headset to work.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the drivers, I’ve tried fiddling around with my Sound settings, I’ve tried double and triple-checking if the microphone is plugged in correctly - none of that has helped me. I even tried seeing if charging the headset for a while would fix the problem, and it didn’t. The microphone itself fits into the port snugly, but I can’t get it to register any feedback on any applications I use/games I play that have microphone compatibility.
This is a brand new headset, and I’m not really sure of what else to do. If any of you have any ideas on how to fix this, that’d be great. Thanks!
