I require some help regarding the following matter:
Bought a new dongle for my Razer Barracuda X. The dongle works as it is detected by the pc and allows me to continue from step 1 on razer utility pairing software. I can obviously power down my headset and it is fully charged so no battery issues (Step 2 completed)
However when trying to complete step 3 of holding the power button down for 5 secs or until it blinks, it just doesnt work, I find myself holding it down from 5secs to as long as 3mins and theres no blinking at all until i lift my finger off and it blinks like used to. It still does not connect via the pairing software while blinking.
I have tried every solution which includes pressing the mute button simultaneously. For reference, 1.5 years ago the dongle that i had randomly stopped working and i was using it in 3.5mm mode instead, while testing its not plugged in to any computer or audio jack.
Please help as it seems alot of razer barracuda x users have this issue.
