Razer Barracuda X | 7.1 Surround Sound and THX Spatial Audio Not Working

I have activated my Surround app code and downloaded it, after I logged in to my Razer account and even though it is in still system tray, app doesn’t open. I am opening it from system tray but it doesn’t still open. I tried deleting and removing all Razer apps.
