Razer Barracuda X Activation code missing

Hi, I've bought my Barracuda X for around 2 weeks and have noticed that there is no activation code for surround sound. Is there a way that I can recover it?

Hey there! The Razer Barracuda X does not come with a scratch card. You just have to register your device to our system, and the activation code will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours. You may need to check the spam folder as the email might stray in there. Should you not receive the code within the aforementioned period of time, send me a PM with your device's serial number so I can initiate a code generation request on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
