Razer barracuda x active kod problem!

I'm getting an error that the activation code for my razer barracuda x has already been used. I'm the first owner of the product, how can this happen? And it's so ridiculous that I'm suddenly disconnected while it's working and I have to reset the computer to fix it. I want an urgent return on the subject.

I’m here to help. Please PM with your Razer Barracuda X serial number and the email address linked to your device so I can check it in our system. Additionally, have you tried logging into your Razer account on a different PC or laptop before the issue? Was your account working on the same laptop before? Have you tried changing your Razer account password?
