I bought a Razer Barracuda X Chroma and it was working fine for a couple of days, used it in a PS5 console. The third day it stopped connecting via the dongle to the PS5. Searching for solutions, i downloaded the razer utility and tried to connect it to a laptop, which I was ultimately unable too even after many tries and different USB ports. I always seem to get the message pairing failed. I fully charged the headphones before trying again with the same results. I am easily able to connect to the razor app in my phone by the way, tested it several times. Still pairing the headphones to their wireless dongle seems impossible anymore. Is there anything else i can try?
