Razer Barracuda X, continuous bluetooth disconnection

For two days now my Razer Barracuda device stops detecting the USB C transceiver and the headphones disconnect, this happens several times in a row until it stops detecting it more times.

The PC no longer detects the USB transceiver and the Bluetooth headphones end up turning off.

After a while I try again and the same thing happens.
The PC detects the USB transceiver until after a few moments, it stops detecting it and the headphones end up turning off.

They have worked perfectly for 2 and a half years.
Everything is updated, drivers, firmware etc.
Could it be a problem with the USB transceiver?
