The headset is no longer able to connect, for some odd reason. This issue began not long ago, at the time of writing this (Roughly half an hour ago or less.). Oftentimes, ever since I bought this headset, my computer will heavily stutter for a few seconds, then the audio will sound distorted until I re-plug the USB dongle. The same thing happened just a while ago, but there was no visible lag - only distortion, but worse, like static. I re-plugged the dongle and my headset has since failed to connect (The status light keeps blinking.). Has the dongle possibly died? What other solutions do I have to troubleshoot this issue?

The dongle still works, after all, but it seems that the port itself no longer works, though I can’t be one-hundred percent sure. Could the dongle have fried the port somehow?
