Razer Barracuda X is charging but not turning on

Hi, I've been using my headset for about half a year, and this has never happened to me. The green blinking indicates it's charging but it is not turning on even after a long period of charging. Any suggestions?

    Did you try leaving your headset plugged into your computer for 3 hours while using its USB Type-A cable? Try connecting it to another USB port or computer too. Did you try long pressing the power button until the status indicator is lit and heard a tone? If the light is turned on, please wait until it becomes static blue, indicating that the headset is paired to its wireless transceiver. Otherwise, the headset has a possible hardware issue and needs a replacement. You can try contacting your merchant or submitting a case to our Support Team through this link.
