razer barracuda x making audio sound robotic and turns off randomly

I've had this headset less than a year and I'm having massive issues with it. audio sounds robotic, turns off randomly, and now the mic doesn't want work to work sometimes. Razer's support is absolute dogshit and I can't find any fixes. I rather not buy a whole new headset when I just got this one. They should refund me this one and give me a different one. actually ridiculous
