My problem is that I can connect my headset via with my smartphone and can listen to music and even can hear when somebody’s calling me but the mic doesn’t work. So I can hear the caller talking to me but can’t answer. If the headset is connected with my laptop it works, so the headset itself is not broken or something like that.

I have the Razer Barracuda X (2022) and a Samsung Galaxy A52s if that helps.
