Hello,
my Razer Barracuda X won’t connect to the USB dongle.
When I plug my USB dongle into my computer it displays an error saying: “USB device not recognized. The last device connected to the computer is not working and has not been recognized.”.
I've tried connecting it in several ways: using the original dongle, plugging the USB-C wireless adapter directly into the motherboard's USB ports, and even using the case's USB ports. Unfortunately, nothing works.
I've tested this on multiple computers, and every time, I encounter the same problem: Windows either shows an error or plays the 'device connected' sound, but the connection doesn’t proceed.
The headset powers on (I can hear the startup sound), but it never connects to the wireless adapter.
Can anyone help me?
