Razer Barracuda X not found in Synapse

The Razer Barracuda X is not found in Synapse. I also have a Lancehead Wireless which is found and works fine. I can't adjust the mic input levels and my mic input is barely audible which produces a lot of white noise. There is no option to increase mic levels in Windows 10 settings. So I am guessing the Barracuda is suppsoed to be found

The Razer Barracuda X headset does not require Synapse 3 and is intended not to be detected by the application. If you're using it on your PC with its wireless dongle, it will be detected as Razer Barracuda X in the Input option, and adjust the mic level in the Windows sound settings. If you're using it wired with the 3.5mm combo cable, it will use the default audio driver of your PC for input and output such as the Realtek HD audio device.
