The dongle that came with my headset stopped working a while ago, I was using wired 3mm connection as I didn’t want to buy a new headset. I then bought a replacement dongle with the same model number and all, it’s recognised by my PlayStation but my headset won’t connect to the dongle and flashes blue until it turns itself off. Does anyone have any idea how to pair with a new dongle

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. By the way, where did you purchase the replacement dongle? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
