Hi, I have a problem with my headset. After I plug in the USB-Type C wireless dongle, my headset could not connect with it. I tried to connect it with the jackpot and it does not work. My pc could not detect the driver of Razer Barracuda X

That's odd. Have you tried plugging the headset into another USB port or computer? Please refer to the image below" Also, does the headset work when it's plugged into your mobiles by using its 3.5mm jack?
