Razer Barracuda X 2022 that I bought about a year ago had always been recognized as speakers instead of a headset but I didn’t think much of it since both the headphones and the microphone was working fine. But recently, the microphone suddenly stopped working so I started searching and updated the headset’s firmware as guided in a Razer Insider thread who had the same problem as me. Nothing changed and the microphone still wasn’t working. I also checked out Razer Synapse and saw that Barracuda X wasn’t compatible with Synapse (which seems odd to me since Barracuda X is still a pretty popular choice for a solid headset). I really need to fix this since I don’t have another microphone and I need to do some projects with my audio. (I’m using the headset via the Hyperspeed Wireless Dongle.)
