Since this morning, my PC no longer detects my dongle. I've updated all my drivers, changed ports, but the dongle is still not detected by my computer. I've also tried it on another computer, but it's the same problem. Has anyone else had this issue or have any ideas?

Hello,
Are you using a USB hub? Try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
