razer barracuda x sound problem in-game

hi, I recently purchased a new razer barrcuda x headset but I have some audio problems, when I play a video or listen to music it sounds fine, but when im playing a game some sounds sound like i'm scratching a school board, and the audio quality sucks, I dont know if this is a software issue or a product issue. the audio quality is bad with surround sound turned on and off

    Hi leetRedVioletCITRINE975! Were you able to isolate the issue by testing the audio while the headset is connected via wired (3.5mm audio/mic jack) and wireless (USB Type-C or Type-A port) into your computer? Check if the behavior happens when the device is connected to another computer. I’ll be locking this thread now.
