Hello,
I’ve had these headphones for awhile with no issues over wireless connection, but today the sound stopped working when i turned them on. They are detected in Windows, blue light suggests pairing is ok, but I do not hear any sound, I checked everything and all seems fine. I also tried with it connected via the jack and not bluetooth and same issue, paired, but still no sound. Are they broken and do i need to buy a new headset?
I’ve uninstalled drivers and reset my PC, then connected them back up. Still nothing works.
