Hello. The laptop is a month old from BestBuy. Mid game while playing ESO, the laptop restarted without notice. Then as i was searching if this had happened before. It did it again. Only apps that are one would be synapse and the game. Then while googling for a troubleshoot, just the web browser. The temp was down too as I have a cooling pad and pretty cool room at 65 degrees atm. Is this a known issue or should I be precautions and schedule to take into GeekSquad?
