Razer Base stand USB hub not working/ causing boot issues

Hi there, I thought i saw something similar about this previously but can't seem to find it. I have the headphone base stand with USB hub and it seems that when restarting the PC with my hard drives plugged into the hub. it doesn't want to boot. And second issue is once i've plugged it in following boot up, It is visable and colours etc can be changed through Synapse 3.0 but It's not registering anything plugged into the hub (hard drives specifically) has there been a fix posted for this or anything i can do to resolve the issue? ta. Blank

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Are you still experiencing the issue? By the way, just to confirm, is a Razer headphone base stand or it is the laptop stand with chroma?
