Hi guys, i have a razer basilisk, and i have a problem. My mouse cursor always going to the left top corner of the screen. I tried use mouse without razer synapse and try on pc with another system but nothing works. I tried even clean a pcb with a isopropyl alcohol and clean laser with compressed air. Any ideas ?

Hello there,
Have you tried it using a different surface? Let’s reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
