I recently bought a razer basilik ultimate wireless with charging dock and when i try use it wireless it randomly freeze (it doesnt move on the screen it doesnt click , anything), like i use it for lets say 30 min it freeze for like 5-10 sec then it work normal again.

When i use it wired it work fine i dont have any issue with it but i bought it wireless use it wireless not wired.

I dont know if its a connection issue because i just bought my pc like there is no problem with usb port and i dont have anything that can interfere with the wireless connection.
