Razer Basilisk Jittery Scrolling
The scroll wheel itself scrolls fine, but when in any application the motion on screen is jittery. It will scroll a little stop and then scroll a little more. It does that over and over. I tried a different USB port, checked the drivers on the computer, and did a fresh install of Synapse 3. Nothing has worked. Any further ideas would be greatly appreciated.
