Hi all, my razer basilisk suddenly stopped working a month ago after I reset my pc, and no matter what I do nothing works to fix it. I currently use it in wired mode since I lost the wireless toggle about a year ago, but it was working fine until last month.
I’ve tried basically everything to fix it. I cleaned the inside of my pc just in case it was a dust issue, I used a different mouse (which works fine on the same USB port, so it’s not a burnt outlet), I plugged in my Razer into a different pc (where it also works there), and I made sure I didn’t have anything such as riot vanguard installed. I also tried downloading the newest razer synapse and removing the mouse as a device. It worked for a brief moment before it stopped working again about halfway through the download. Apparently there is a driver error on 2 out of the 3 razer drivers on my mouse but I still can’t get them to work no matter how many times I delete and reinstall them.
I really don’t want to spend another ~$100 on a mouse especially since I thought I would have another couple of years left using this one (I bought it in June 2022) so someone please help me if you have any ideas on how to fix this :(
