Razer Basilisk Scroll Not Working After Razer Synapse Update

My Basilisk has been working perfectly so far, but I restarted my computer yesterday and received an update to Synapse. After it was done my mouse would no longer scroll up and down consistently. It only works on a few sporadic occasions. Please help! Edit: My Razer Synapse version is 3.5.331.33010

Please test the scroll wheel without Synapse running in the background. If the problem persists, please try to repair the app via Control Panel>Programs and Features>Synapse 3>Uninstall>Repair. PM me should you need further assistance.
