Razer Basilisk Ultimate Bad units

Hi,

I have bought the Razer Basilisk Ultimate 5 times these past 2 months and all of them have had clear defects.

Everything from broken scroll wheels to the rightclick not working or side buttons rattling like they will fall out.

I have never had an issue returning the mouse to the resellers, they all agree that this is a manufacturing problem with the mouse.

The packaging has always arrived in pristine condition with no scratches or bends to the package. This is clearly not a problem regarding transit.

I have tried reaching out to Razer via their support but have never got an answer to when and where I can buy a working Razer basilisk ultimate(all buttons and scrollwheel working). I am posting this here in hope of getting some attention and to get an answer to my question.

Right now i'm just getting sent to another and another and another support agent that starts over with the same questions. The lack of support baffles me . When will you fix your manufacturing problems with this mouse?

I am sorry that you had to go through multiple replacements for the Basilisk Ultimate. Please allow me to help you get a working mouse. Send over your ticket number via PM so I can do just that. As for the manufacturing problems, I'm afraid I don't have visibility over that, but I'll do my best to get you sorted out.
