Razer Basilisk Ultimate Button 4 Not Working

The mouse button four, one closest to my wrist, is not being recognized by any software. It was working a month or two ago. Read the other threads and tried their posts. I have updated the firmware and reset the mouse through Razer Synapse. Also removed and re-installed the drivers. Confirmed there is no blockage of the button. Both Wireless dongle and wired. Out of ideas. Mouse button 5 works just fine.

Also tried with or without Razer Synapse running, or installed.

Recommendations on how to get inside the mouse's housing to check the button 4?

Did you ever get a chance to try it out on a different PC to check if it behaves the same? PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to check if there's a model-specific way to fix this. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me a copy of its proof of purchase to verify its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
