Razer Basilisk Ultimate cant use it while charging
I was able to use the mouse before when it was plugged in and charging but now every time it is plugged in, I cannot move the cursor. It is still charging and the buttons on the mouse functions fine but the cursor wont move at all.

Did you recently update the firmware of your device? Have you tried connecting it to another USB port? For now, try isolating the behavior of the mouse by performing a clean installation of the app. If the problem persists, send me the serial number as we may have to look into firmware-related solutions.
