Razer Basilisk Ultimate Charging Issue

I've had this mouse for 1 year now and now the mouse won't charge on either the dock or just the cable. I've uninstalled the drivers, reset the mouse, cleaned the connectors, but still the mouse will not charge any higher. In synapse it shows it charging but it will not go up in percentage.

    It could be that your mouse is no longer capable of holding charge. PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to check if there's a model-specific way to fix this and verify its warranty status.
