Razer Basilisk Ultimate chip overheating and not working.

I'm not sure what happened but now when I plug my mouse chip in it heats up and is too hot to touch within like 5 minutes. Also I cannot connect it wirelessly with the chip and I have to use the cable instead.

Were there any incidents that occurred to the device that could have triggered this behavior? Does the issue happen while the mouse is connected to another USB port or computer? Ensure that the mouse is connected directly to your computer's USB port as well. I’ll be locking this thread now.
