Razer Basilisk Ultimate doesn't charge up

I bought this mouse last year, it didn't have any problem, but a few months ago, it began not charging if placed on the dock, but only using the usb cable (and if placed perfectly on the dock, like with something on the bottom of the mouse to hold it). I searched on the internet, and a lot of people said that cleaning the connectors with a Q-Tip would help, but it didn't. Now, the mouse doesn't charge even with the cable (and if placed perfectly on the dock it shows that it is charging, but remains at 0% after 5 hours of waiting). I don't know what to do now, I've tried everything from hardware to software fixes.
