Razer Basilisk Ultimate not connecting
Hey all, hoping someone can help. I can't seem to get my mouse to connect wirelessly to my PC. It shows up as connected in windows but does not show up in synapse. It works fine when connected with a cable. Thus far I've tried reinstalling synapse, resetting the mouse, trying the razer update app which doesn't work btw, trying the razer manual pairing app, trying a different PC and reinstalling the drivers with no luck thus far. Anything else I could try?

+1Please try this steps:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
I tried it but no luck. The device shows up in the control panel just fine but still won't work wirelessly or show up in synapse

+1So if anything doesn't work, even on other PC, the dongle might be problem (non working). I'd RMA it.
