I´ve bought the Razer Basilisk Ultimate and it doesn´t work, it doesn´t work connected (idk if the pc even recognises it) and it doesn´t work wireless, the razer pairing system doesn´t recognise neither the dongle or the mouse, the lights turn on when connected but i can´t get it to work. :(

Hey,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. Feel free to reach out via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
