I'm reaching out because I'm having a problem with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate.
My mouse no longer works with the wireless dongle. Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Pairing with the software: RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.02_r1 → pairing always fails.
- Updating the mouse firmware using: BasiliskUltimate_00880086_FirmwareUpdater_v1.08.00_r1 → the process stops at 40% and restarts repeatedly.
- Using the dongle firmware tool: RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.11_r1 → also unsuccessful.
My dongle shows up as RC30-031701 / PID_0088.
