razer basilisk ultimate not working wireless

Hello,
My razer basilisk ultimate no longer works wirelessly,
the USB key is connected directly to the laptop by USB, I turned it off and on several times but same problem, I tried to repair the mouse with the USB key using (RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.05_r2), it indicates that the pairing was successful, but when I unplug the USB cable from the mouse, it does not work,
when I connect the USB cable between the laptop and the mouse, it works fine, I deleted synapse and redownloaded it
from the razer synapse website, I also tested on other PCs but still the same problem,
Does anyone have a solution?
