Razer basilisk Ultimate only works wired, 2.4 dongle fails to work and pair

Hello! I recently bought this mouse and love it, however the dongle provided randomly stopped working as of this morning, i did a clean install of windows, synapse, drives are updated, same with bt drivers, i contacted AMD to make sure it wasn't amd's side causing issues, i am left clueless and wondering if anyone else has this issue, possibly a firmaware issue but i have no idea what is happening

It might be a firmware-related issue. If you haven't updated its firmware yet, please click this link and let me know if that helps. Else, do send me the serial number of your Basilisk Ultimate via PM.
