Odd situation here. My mouse lags/stutters randomly when using my primary monitor, but not if I use the laptop monitor.



Laptop: Alienware m4 17

Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q



I can typically recreate it by launching Synapse on the main monitor, and it lags while using the app, even after closing it. Yet If I move over to the laptop, no issue. It randomly occurs at other times, and same symptoms, yet continues to work just fine when on the laptop screen. It typically goes away after several seconds to a minute. I've found that I can force it go away by simply clicking a different window/application.



Firmware is up to date. Also replaced the mouse with another, same issue. I have the polling rate set to 500 to try and preserve the battery (which is just awful). Yet even setting back to 1000, the issue still occurs.



Any suggestions?
