Razer Basilisk Ultimate USB cable unable to detect and pair

Hello guys, I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse back in 2020 working wonders, however,not a while ago, I encounter a problem with connectivity with my cable USB. At first, I thought my cable USB was defective, but if it was, my dock would not be lighten up. The USB Dongle works fine as well, as in the pair utility tool is shown to be functioning, yet, the cable USB does not pair up.The sensor DPI is working fine and every time I turn on the mouse, it pops up a steady white light.I do not know if it is a problem with the driver( it is not about synapse: if it was, it would still charge but not show how charged it was) or inside the mouse something burned. It just happened all of a sudden. Please help a fellow..
