Razer Basilisk Ultimate will not connect to USB dongle

Hello,

just recently my usb dongle stopped working with my Basilisk.

I can connect to mouse if I connect via the wire.

and I can see that the wireless dock does light up when I plug it in to my computer. The colors sync with everything else. Its just the usb dongle that seems not to work (Note that the colors are not synced between my mouse and everything else when I am trying to connect to it wirelessly)

Ive tried re-plugging in everything, changing around usbs ports on my machine, and I tried re-pairing it:

is there anything else I should be doing to try and fix this?

If not, is there a way to order another dongle? My mouse is juuuuust outside of warranty (literally by like 4 weeks)

Thanks!

Does it have the same issue with Synapse in the background? For now, let's perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following this guide. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. If needed, I can also submit a ticket request for a spare dongle should we deem that your mouse dongle is indeed faulty.
