Plugging it in now shows that it's charging, but the battery stays low and doesn't charge up. I'm using the cord that came with it, and I've tried other cords too. None of them charge it. My mouse doesn't die when plugged in, it works wired. But I can't use wireless due to the battery not charging. Please help.

This could be caused by debris or dust impeding contact between the mouse’s charging contact surface and the pogo pins on the dock. Cleaning both the pins on the dock and the mouse charging contact surface should fix this. But if that isn't the case, PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
