I just recently bought a Razer basilisk v2 gaming mouse and we have been having problems with installing the razer driver to customise the additional buttons. We are using a mac Os version 10.14.6. We have installed a version of synapse but it simply refuses to recognise the mouse. I bought the Razer basilisk v2 mouse last week and I am disappointed because I read many guides and reviews saying that the mouse was mac compatible. Please help, thanks.
