Yesterday, my mouse was working fine. I got on my PC today and the scroll wheel sometimes doesn't register the wheel turning or if I turn it slowly it goes the opposite way. As of writing this thread, it has stopped functioning completely.

Do you have a guarantee for it?
If not - suggests you to undress and clean.
Dust may have accumulated at the wheel causing these problems.

When I excessively scrolled it started to work and it worked fine for the night and today I got on to see the same issue. I think it might be software related.
Have you tried on a different computer?
Test with Synapse turned off - if it is the fault of the software, it is rather on this side.

I turned off synapse from the task manager and the issue still persists. Atleast the scroll wheel sides work so I can still manage to go up and down websites. I guess I'm just going to get it repaired since it's still under guarantee.
@hitDesertSandwire314 this is highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate the model of your device and check its warranty status. It will help me start a case with the RMA Team for a warranty claim.
