I can't use the mouse until I reconnect it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time I 'cold' startup my computer, I need to re-attach the mouse before I can get going, which is very annoying.
I tried with Synapse 3 and the latest beta version.

+1I’d try installing the newest Chipset drivers and trying to update BIOS if possible. Had similar thing long time ago (mouse not working after boot, only USB replug helped) - updated chipset drivers and it worked.
Having this same issue to this day. Tried multiple work arounds. Ive used Razer for a long time it would be nice if they said this is fixable or do i just need to scrap it and get a new device...
